A Bill for an ACT to amend and re-enact Section 1, Chapter 150 of the Session Laws of Wyoming, 1957, relating to the issuance and recording within this state of short-form birth certificates for minor children born outside of the state and adopted within the state and providing for the means of obtaining such birth certificate.
