AN ACT to amend W.S. 23-2-101(b)(xxiii) and (xxiv) and 23-2-104(b) through (d) relating to archery licenses; deleting the requirement for an archery license for each type of game; prohibiting the use of a crossbow during special archery seasons; deleting the requirement to obtain an archery license when hunting with a crossbow; and providing for an effective date.
