A BILL for AN ACT to amend and re-enact Section 37-2206 and Section 37-2212, Wyoming Compiled Statutes, 1945, relating to applications and application fees for registration and certification as professional engineers or land surveyors and engineers in training; defining professional engineers, land surveyors and engineers in training, and stating their qualifications; providing that engineering and engineering work for the State of Wyoming and political subdivisions thereof shall be performed by or under the direction of a duly registered professional engineer or land surveyor; providing for investigations and examinations by the Board of Examining Engineers and stating the minimum evidence satisfactory to the Board of qualification for registration as a professional engineer, or land surveyor, or for certification as an engineer in training; and providing for expiration and renewal of certificates of registration.
