| AN ACT to create W.S. 33-38-111 through 33-38-121; and to repeal W.S. 33-38-101 through 33-38-110 relating to professions and occupations; providing for the regulation and licensure of certain mental health professions as specified; creating a licensure board; prescribing duties and powers of the board; providing qualifications of licensed professionals under this act; providing for examination and licensure; providing exemptions; providing penalties; providing licensure fees; providing reciprocity and disclosure; repealing related provisions; stating a policy; and providing for an effective date. |
