| AN ACT to create W.S. 21-17-115 and 21-18-104; and to amend W.S. 23-l-102(a)(ix) relating to residency; providing certain nonresidents shall be considered residents for the purpose of admission and tuition at the University of Wyoming and at Wyoming community colleges and for obtaining game and fish licenses; specifying criteria for eligibility for consideration; and providing for an effective date. |
