AN ACT to amend and re-enact Section 47-401, Wyoming Compiled Statutes, 1945, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 168, Session Laws of Wyoming, 1957, relating to guide requirements for non-resident hunters and providing a penalty for violation of game and fish laws while acting as a guide.
