AN ACT to amend W.S. 35-9-132 through 35-9-138 and 35-9-140(b)(i), (ii) and (e) relating to the department of fire prevention and electrical safety; providing duties for chief electrical inspector; providing additional requirements to be a master electrician; providing for a limited license; providing additional requirements for electrical installations; providing requirements for apprentice electricians; permitting the chief electrical inspector to set policies; making the electrical board an appeals board on actions of the chief electrical inspector; requiring a surety or cash bond of electrical contractors; and providing for an effective date.
