AN ACT to amend W.S. 11-20-203 by creating a new subsection (b) and by amending and renumbering (b) as (c); and to repeal W.S. 11-20-210 relating to inspection for livestock brands and ownership; requiring inspection of livestock imported into Wyoming at the time of entry by Wyoming brand inspectors; imposing fees; providing exceptions; and providing for an effective date.
