| A BILL for AN ACT to amend and re-enact Section 6-111, Wyoming Statutes 1957, making it unlawful to incite, advocate or encourage crime as a means of coercion or for accomplishing political, industrial or administrative reform; providing a penalty therefor; and providing that any person complained against or indicted for such conduct shall be subject to peace proceedings for prevention of crime. |
