| A BILL for AN ACT to amend and re-enact Section 39-164, Wyoming Statutes 1957, as amended and re-enacted by Section 1, Chapter 112, Session Laws of Wyoming 1961, to increase the mill levy on the use of or storage of cigarettes by consumers in this state if tax described in Section 39-163, has not previously been paid; to require such consumers to file a return with the State Board of Equalization; and to provide an effective date. |
