A BILL for AN ACT relating to the licensing of persons who operate motor vehicles upon the highways, roads and streets of the state; providing that the operation of motor vehicles on the highways of the State of Wyoming is a conditional privilege; defining terms; providing for the exemption of certain persons and those persons not to be licensed; providing for various types of licenses and permits, application procedures, requirements, and fees; providing for the rights, privileges, duties, liabilities and conditions under which licenses and permits may be issued and exercised; providing for the authority of the drivers license division in the administration of the Act; providing for the suspension, revocation or cancellation of licenses and permits in certain instances; providing for appeals from certain actions of the division; defining other prohibited acts and prescribing penalties therefor; providing that license and permit fees shall be used in administering and enforcing the Act; providing for the Wyoming highway patrol to aid in the enforcement of the Act; and repealing Sections 31-248 through 31-272 and sections 31-274 through 31-276, Wyoming Statutes 1957, inclusive, as amended, relating to licensing of motor vehicle operators.
