AN ACT to amend W.S. 30-l-101(a) introductory paragraph and (iv) and (v) and by creating a new subsection (b); and to repeal W.S. 30-l-103(a)(i), 30-1-106 and 30-1-107 relating to recording mining claims and discovery shafts; providing for a description of the mine location; requiring a map or sketch of the claim; specifying the requirements therefor; and providing for an effective date.
