| AN ACT to amend W.S. 31-5-301(b) introductory paragraph and (iii) and 31-5-1201(c) relating to speed regulations of motor vehicles; providing for a sixty-five miles per hour maximum speed limit on highways other than urban districts or other restricted areas; providing that speeding fines are within the discretion of the judge within prescribed limitations; and providing for an effective date. |
