| AN ACT to amend W.S. 11-2-101, 11-2-202, 11-2-203 and 11-2-204; and to repeal W.S. 11-2-205 relating to the department of agriculture; establishing the divisions of regulation and of agricultural marketing and development within the department; prescribing duties and granting rulemaking authority; authorizing the commissioner to accept grants; providing for division directors; eliminating appointment of deputies; modifying use of University of Wyoming faculty members; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date. |
