AN ACT relating to agriculture and animals; creating the Wyoming brand inspection and brand recording board; providing for membership, powers and duties as specified; granting authority for certain programs relating to livestock to be administered by the board; providing authority for the Wyoming brand inspection and brand recording board over the brand recording and inspection program and related programs as specified; granting authority for certain programs relating to livestock to be administered by the department of agriculture as specified; creating a livestock board division within the department of agriculture to be administered by the Wyoming livestock board as specified; transferring the state veterinarian and his duties to the department of agriculture as specified; amending related provisions and repealing conflicting provisions; and providing for an effective date.
