AN ACT providing for the issuance of fishing and hunting licenses to members of the armed forces of the United States stationed in Wyoming under the laws, rules and regulations of the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission; setting the amount of the license fee; and further providing a penalty for violation, and designating an effective date.
