Origin Of Name:Apollinaris Spring provides a faintly sour-tasting water reminiscent of that from the spring in Germany for which it was named. "Apollinaris Water" is a commercial beverage from there that is still produced today. Apollinaris Spring was used by thirsty travelers as early as 1885.
