| AN ACT to create W.S. 11-34-304 relating to alternative renewable energy resource loans; providing for loans to be made by the farm loan board with the approval of the department of economic planning and development for development of alternative renewable energy resources; providing an interest rate; providing for the issuance of rules and regulations; providing a source for loans; setting forth duties of the department of economic planning and development; establishing criteria for loans; and providing for an effective date. |
