| AN ACT to amend W.S. 40-12-104(a), 40-12-105(a) by creating a new paragraph (xv) and 40-12-106 relating to consumer protection; defining types of misleading con-duct as deceptive trade practice; authorizing the attorney general to file suit to restrain violations of the statute regarding home solicitation sales; defining home solicitation sales to include telephone solicitations; and providing for an effective date. |
